brae source state:  working tree of 2026-10-11 on f4d453e: alpha's wall and inletOutlet patches kept on the GPU, U's constant patches not compared (uncommitted then); binary 1d823cb400f6fdc9; final2 adds the braecase arm (BRAE_PRESSURE_CASE_SOLVER=1 BRAE_TURBULENCE_CASE_SOLVER=1 BRAE_ALPHA_CASE_SOLVER=1) with the binary as it stands, and reruns no other arm
